read the excel data using Hashmap

my requirement is i want d1 data row if i give the key(usermane)

then it returns the value here key is username and value is Nagarjuna

This has nothing to do with WebDriver. You might want to find a group or forum which deals with reading data from Excel or a group related to the programming language you are using.

Look for xls.rb it provides that feature

"I want the code" does not help us understand your question/problem.

As per my understanding, we need to read data row from excel. Please check Apache POI library to achieve that..
