Selenium: select Row and then click on Approve or Delete option not performing any action

I created a row with list of items, every time i fill the list and click on save  it will create one row.Need to select this row and click on tab approve then it will get approved or clicking on delete it will delete the row entry. Able to select the row using Click or Double Click or ClickAndHold but  navigating to approve or Delete tab Selection , it will clears the row selection and selected Approve tab which don't perform any action please help me to solve this issue.
