What changed in version 2.5?

Greetings all,

I am involved in maintaining and upgrading an existing GAE app that is currently using webapp2 v2.3 - but we wish to upgrade, so I am looking to see what changed between our current version and the latest.

I checked http://code.google.com/p/webapp-improved/source/browse/CHANGES and saw that there are no changes listed for v2.5. Is this because there were too many to list?
