New release: WebApiContrib.Formatting.Xlsx 2.0.0-pre

Hey,

This version includes some major improvements that make the formatter far more extensible and customisable. I'm still working on the documentation and three big outstanding issues before 2.0.0 is ready, but this is a big step towards where I want it to be!

May I request a new release on NuGet please, Chris? :)

First off: sorry for being so behind on all of this. Second: Do you want the 'pre' branch built and packaged? I see that branch's last commit matches the date of this email, but I don't want to push something that is wrong.
