Opening for Full-time WP Developer

Have immediate opening for a full-time developer. Must have familiarity with Wordpress theme development (Wordpress Theme API, CSS, HTML, JS), git, and other industry practices. Demonstrable knowledge of WooFramework, Drupal 6/7, and back-end development will garner serious consideration. Telecommuting most days is alright, but need local availability for occasional on-site meetings with clients. 

Compensation package includes hourly wage commensurate with experience, 80% health insurance (100% after first year), personal tech budget, 4 weeks yearly vacation, employee ownership option after two years, and a 4-day, 35-hour work week.
