1. web2py internet download link is wrong for windows platform. The link points to old version: 2.15.2-stable+timestamp.2017.07.19.12.18.41
2. With the version: 2.15.2-stable+timestamp.2017.07.19.12.18.41, when I try to export csv format I get <type 'exceptions.AttributeError'> 'DAL' object has no attribute ""table_name"".

Correction: It should be 'TSV (Spreadsheets', not 'csv'.
