Autodelete

Is there a provision or trigger for autodelete some records after a certain period of time?

Say a user keeps inserting some data using form,but does not delete the records at all, or takes long to delete and you want to limit the max number of pages.

I know I can use the limitby() to iterate the specified number of rows but i just want to use the autodelete 'function' if possible.
