Dynamic upload folder path

Hello all,
I have a form for student name, email and upload. For each student I want to create a seperate folder and save his upload dynamically.
Can anyone let me know how can I do this.

Are you using a database table to store the student data and uploads? If so, before creating the SQLFORM based on the table, you can dynamically set the "uploadfolder" attribute of the upload field based on the incoming email address from request.post_vars.
