new feature in trunk: mail.settings.server='logging:filename'

For testing/debug purposes we were always able to do:

    mail.settings.server='logging'

now you can do

    mail.settings.server='logging:filename'

and log to a file instead of using the logger. This is not really thread safe but different apps can log to different files and can help testing.
