interest in learn web2py with pwa support, test the welcome scaffolding app, got unsatisified result using lighthouse (chrome extension)

Check out upup by Tal Ater (https://www.talater.com/upup/getting-started-with-offline-first.html). Run through the simple tutorial. Saved me a ton of time. 

I've used it in a project where I needed a PWA. Not a web2py app, but the process should be applicable.
