What database are you using? May be using Sqlite, and this not appear on this list, install it first.

It seems to me that Roberto's suggestion might be correct. Anyway, the problem is in your Python environment - you're saying that you use Red Hat 64-bit but no released version of Red Hat comes with Python 2.7.x so I'm assuming you've installed this version of Python yourself. This leads me to conclusion that a few standard python modules might be missing.
