[pyDAL] 15.07 release

Hi all,

Would be nice to release a new version of pyDAL within the next 10 days (so we can also ship a new web2py version).

Here is the issues attached to latest milestone: https://github.com/web2py/pydal/milestones/15.06

And I think they will be moved to the next one.

Any issue/feature you want/need to close?

Yep, made a typo, the issues are the ones in 15.07.

Already pushed a PR for #229 https://github.com/web2py/pydal/pull/241
