Hi all,
We're reaching the end of the month, and the last release was in July.

These are issues opened for the current milestone: https://github.com/web2py/pydal/milestones/15.09
I'm actually late on the index support, and I would like to reschedule that feature for the next release so we can push out a release with the fixes of the last two months, if you agree.

Also, would be nice to close https://github.com/web2py/pydal/issues/284 and https://github.com/web2py/pydal/issues/286 in the week, and reschedule all the rest for 15.10.

What do you think?

Did we decide on an indexing API (see discussion here: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/web2py-developers/-ovdFU3-rw4/q2iviy13BAAJ)?

As I understood, the first step will be only 2 methods `create_index` and `drop_index` to invoke when needed from the user.

Got it. Sounds good.

I'm trying hard to triage web2py's issues so I really dropped the ball on pydal's features (plus holidays, plus real life, plus work issues, you got the idea). Sorry.
I pushed originally for a monthly release which isn't set in stone (although really appreciated).
Dropping the August release isn't really a dealbreaker if we're in the middle of cooking and no major bugs or regressions have been spotted in the meantime.
If you're near indexing support "closure", move the other issue without worries to the Oct release.
