Hello Paolo,

can you comment about why user_agent.is_mobile appears to have been removed?

It breaks @mobilize (which was also removed).

My guess would be that Paolo updated httpagentparser for python 3 support and simply forgot about it.  

I've implemented is_mobile and is_tablet differently this time to mostly avoid this problem in the future, although we will still have to remember mobilize.

Ideally someone makes a test for mobilize so we don't forget about it.

So if you want to keep mobilize for backwards compatibility you can merge it.
