JSON-LD statistics

Hello,

I am doing some analysis over statistics from JSON-LD format.

It is said that there were 2 685 738 domains with structured data in JSON-LD, but in the html-embedded-jsonld.xlslx file on Voc tab the schema.org vocabulary has 2 689 736 domains.

Am I misinterpreting this statistics? How is it possible that schema.org in JSON-LD format is present on more domains that were actually found.
