issue with WDC 2015 dataset downloading

Dear group members,

I'm not able to download the WDC 2015 dataset. I noticed that the file route given in the file.list is not structured as previous versions, and all the downloading process has been redirected to the WDC homepage, I'm wondering if it's missing part of the file path?
