Recumbent Rendezvous – Saturday, July 25th in Ann Arbor

Discover what it’s like to ride a virtually pain-free bike while having loads of fun! The Fall Recumbent Rendezvous will be held Saturday, July 25th at Midwest Bike & Tandem (www.midwesttandems.com), 1691 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Click here for a map link.

 

At 9am there will be a 15-20 mile group ride (maps provided - ALL bikes welcome recumbent or not) in bike-friendly Ann Arbor (a League Of American Bicyclists Bike Friendly Community) starting at the bike shop. Then from 11am to 2pm the Recumbent Rendezvous will be held at the bike shop grounds.

 

The Rendezvous will feature recumbent test-rides, recumbent displays, a “Buying Your First Recumbent” talk at 11am, lots of recumbent owners to talk to, recumbents for sale along with plenty of recumbent literature and handouts. The Rally is free and will be held rain or shine (there is an inside display area in case of rain) but right now the forecast is for it to be a really great biking weather day!
