Free Bike Repairs & Helmets At Saturday's Parkridge Summer Festival In Ypsilanti

Ypsilanti Parkridge Summer Festival – Saturday, August 27^th – Free Basic Bike Repairs & Tune-Ups – Bring your bicycle by to get it working in top shape again. Common Cycles (www.commoncycle.org) will be bringing out their mobile repair stand to the Festival from 12 noon until 2:30pm. The Festival is held at Parkridge Park, Harriet Street and Armstrong Drive (map link at https://goo.gl/maps/tZuyV).

 

Adjacent to the bike repair station, the City of Non-Motorized Advisory Committee will have a bicycling and walking information station with bicycle maps, bicycle safety handouts and a limited supply of free bicycle helmets, courtesy of the Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society (www.aabts.org). Both of the bike repair station and bike/walk information station will be held under a tent in case of rain.
