JQuery failed to load with new WebSpec API

I am running the new WebSpec.

Everything works fine on Windows 7 / IE 8.

However, I am trying to run the same WATIJ tests on Windwos Server /
IE 7, and I am getting the following issue. Please, any help is much
appreciated:

java.lang.RuntimeException: JQuery failed to load. Make sure you are
connected to the internet.
