The Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney with three to six years of relevant trademark experience to work with our Trademark, Copyright, Media & Brand Protection practice. The ideal candidate will have well-developed skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement. Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy, IP transactions, advertising, marketing and promotions matters, as well as handling copyright-related issues and registration is strongly preferred. Attention to detail, the ability to work well in a group, as well as the ability to work independently, are important characteristics. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills and a proven track record in all aspects of a trademark, copyright, domain name, and advertising practice. Experience in a large law firm setting is also preferred.
