The groups core practice areas include counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. To be considered, candidates must have at least one year of construction law or equivalent experience. Successful candidates will have experience litigating construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, and will have drafted and negotiated significant construction-related agreements. Excellent academic credentials, strong references and superb written and oral communication skills are required. Prior AmLaw 100 and/or judicial clerkship experience preferred but not required; WA Bar membership is required.
