Hello everyone,

We are looking to hire a Front-end Developer for a corporate opportunity with a healthcare company located in Rockville, MD. This organization provides innovative ways to help the healthcare industry, their work is rewarding, and you would make a difference by contributing your expertise to solving challenging public health problems that our country faces. I've provided some more information about the position below:

Position: Front-End Developer
Location: Rockville, MD
Compensation: $110-120k/year

1.       Visual Design: A strong portfolio highlighting keen visual design principles, typography, UI designs patterns, and Section 508 compliance. Mastery in applying that expertise on the web, mobile, email newsletters, and social media. Experience designing for responsive websites is required.

2.       Front-end Development: Demonstrate mastery of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) including common frameworks and development tools like jQuery, Foundation, Bootstrap, SASS, Grunt, Gulp, and. GitHub.

3.       Content Management Systems: Experience designing for large-scale Drupal CMS deployments featuring 1000+ web pages, dynamic content, and taxnomy-driven information architectures. Understanding of the functionality of CMSes and frameworks (Angular, .Net Node, etc).

4.       Client Management: Ability to clearly articulate digital strategy, branding, marketing, and creative strategies to large groups of executive-level clients in a presentation environment.

5.       Analytics: Experience with common analytics software (Google Analytics, WebTrends) and their application in designing a user’s experience.

6.       Mentoring: Ability and enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of the practice by mentoring junior staff, introducing new processes and ideas, and championing the practice of UX and visual design throughout the organization.

7.       Collaboration: Work with cross discipline team members to design and develop digital strategies and solutions.
