Status on 0.8 release: delayed

Hello everyone,

Due to some niggling bugs and some sudden expenditure of my time, the
v0.8 release is delayed, pending the following:

Optional (not regressions strictly speaking) but very nice to have:

https://github.com/wal-e/wal-e/issues/149

These are (probably) not enormous tasks but I can't afford to split my
focus right now.

Please dig in the help if you want to see a faster release, but
otherwise, progress will be erratic.
