I am setting up a new Wagn after a break using cldstr and version 1.17.1 and it won't let me replace the logo -

On the *logo card when I select a file with "replace image" the Bar turns all  green but the file doesn't upload. It may be a permission issue - But I am an adminstrator as far as I can tell.

Hi Tom, good to hear from you.

I can't reproduce any bug here.  I just installed a new Wagn and didn't have any problems editing the logo.

Perhaps the problem is file permissions on your "files" directory?  The user running the server (often "www-data") needs to have permission to write files to that directory.

If this is the problem, it wouldn't be specific to the logo, of course. You wouldn't be able to create new images or files, either.

Hope that helps,
Ethan

I'm using the standard free account cldstr image and I don't believe I have SSH access to change permissions -  I tried just a plain image card and had the same problem so it must be a linux permission issue

I'll go ahead and try it on Digital Ocean or something

OH.  I misread your sentence.  (I thought you meant you were using cldstr as a break between your own installations!).

I'll have a look at cldstr and see if I can reproduce/fix it.
