It is downloading no problem with that..
Right click on PDF button and click "save link as" or " save target as"

This is the link to download roll no slips.bisephase1.com. check your timing if u are private student then u can download slips from 6 AM to 2 PM. and the institutes can download after 2 PM till 6 A.M

but i said for ROLL NO SLIPS for private candidate not for datesheet anywys thanks brother
