Will Classic VPython 6 work with Python.org’s 2.7.12? I’m guessing it should since I’m currently running 2.7.6 and the VPython home page provides a link to 2.7.9. Can I install 2.7.12 without breaking VPython 6?

I’m in the process of transitioning to Anaconda but I still want to keep Classic around for a while.

The meaning of the third number, the 12 in 2.7.12, is supposed to mean that this Python is compatible with all other 2.7s and represents only bug fixes and/or enhancements. So it should work.
