Here are a couple of more traveling tips:

Label your suitcase inside and out with your name, your home address and attached a unique identifier to your luggage to make it easier to spot. 

Don’t pack your passport and flight ticket in your luggage But take it with you in your hand bag.

it is very much recommended that you will  also carry a copy of your important documents.

If you are using medication, beside these also carry the prescriptions for it.
