Trojan on IRS.gov site?

I was looking at payment plans on the IRS.gov website and when I tried to click on one of the links, Kaspersky prevented the page from loading. Claimed there was a trojan. I put a very short video on youtube.

Is this Kaspersky being over cautious or is it genuine?

Can you post the URL flagged by Kaspersky here? It's difficult to make out from the video.

Have you tried running the URL through VirusTotal's URL scanner?

If it's a shortened URL, Kaspersky could be reacting to the abuse of open redirects on .gov.

Have you contacted Kaspersky?
