Kudos to Carlos, Jay and the entire Zenzeleni network community! Well-deserved!

For the record there is another at least partly South African initiative shortlisted which is the proposal to generically zero-rate all mobile data networks at a basic minimum speed.  That is myself, Steve Esselaar, and Christoph Stork who submitted that one.  More on the idea at:
