Webkit renders SVG Dot inappropriately

Hello everyone here,

in Firefox and IE SVG VexFlow.Dot renders correctly:

But in Chrome the Dot area expands to the top left corner of score.
It overlaps other measures and makes them impossible to select.

The svg <path> element is the same in both browsers, so it looks like as Webkit issue.
It happens on Windows, Android and also Linux I think.

Does anyone know how to avoid it? I tried this piece of code from VexUI, but it doesn't fix this issue for me.
