Jar Signing Verification

When virt.x is set up to automatically redeploy from a maven repository or other location, can it support validating jar signing?

for Vert.x 3 there are:

- a maven based service deployer that is based on aether, we need to check if Aether validates or not ()

- a new http service deployer and it can do it, although it’s a bit in flux, the code is there (https://github.com/vert-x3/vertx-http-service-factory)
