CircuitBreakerOptions' copy constructor issue

Hello everyone,

I was refactoring a Vert.x application and updating some circuit breaker configurations when I found that the value of "metricsRollingWindow" is not being copied from the other object in the CircuitBreakerOptions' copy constructor.

Is there any reason to avoid copying it, or is it just a bug?
