npm install fails

I'm trying to get started with venus but I can't install it.

With:

sudo npm install -g venus

I get this:

 I looked at https://github.com/TooTallNate/node-weak for this problem, I tried to update node-gyd without success. should I ask there for help?

Anyway. Any suggestion?

Apologies for the delay. Venus seems to be installing just fine on my test system, which is running OSX 10.9.2 with Node.js v0.10.25. Which OS / version of node are you running?
