Is it possible to use system ICUUC and ICUIL8N libraries?

I notice that v8 builds it's own ICU libraries.
Is it possible to suppress this and use the system versions?

I don't think so, you'd have to hack the build system. Grep for

v8_enable_i18n_support in the BUILD.gn or *.{gyp,gypi} files.
