Intent to ship: ES'15 Call and Array Spread

Call and array spread are part of ECMAScript 2015. The spec is now
final and has been approved by ECMA. [1]

Firefox is shipping spread call and array spread since version 36 [2].
IE edge has both of these features. [3]
