PSA: Intent to remove --crankshaft flag

Historically the --crankshaft  / --nocrankshaft flag has been used to enable / disable V8’s optimizing compiler. With Crankshaft soon to be deprecated, this flag name is now confusing and has been superseded by the --opt flag, which serves the same purpose.  I plan to remove the --crankshaft flag in this cl after which it will have no effect and --opt / --noopt  should be used instead. 

Please let us know any concerns / comments. If there are no objections I will remove --crankshaft flag later this week.
