Sunspider benchmark

I just execute sun spider 1.0.1 and I get that ionmonkey performs better in all test  than V8. Why can be this?

"We cannot state enough that Sunspider is actually obsolete. It was a good benchmark at the start of the JS performance race. Now it is mostly annoying, since it is testing wrong things. Not the things you want to/should improve."
