Summary

This proposal Expose the [[Description]] internal slot of a symbol directly instead of just indirectly through Symbol.prototype.toString.

Is this feature supported on all six Blink platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, and Android WebView)?

Yes.

test262 contains tests for Symbol.prototype.description, which V8 passes.
