We have been retained by a well funded and well regarded health-tech SaaS company in Denver to assist them in their search for a Lead UX Designer. The main responsibility of this role will be to build tools that are enjoyable and engaging for their users.

The Role


We are seeking someone with very strong experience leading UX design for both mobile and web apps. Are you someone who can deeply understand and empathize with users and address their needs by defining intuitive experiences? Is your approach

Do you have a well-established approach to achieving user insights throughout the product development lifecycle? If so, please read on.


  • Make design decisions and create elegant, simple experiences that solve complex problems

  • Be the champion for the customers and users; establish effective UX research practices to gain insights

  • Define the strategy and vision for the web and mobile products along with the product team

  • Help define and perform iterative testing of UX by developing sketches, wireframes, and prototypes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make sure business goals are understood and on target when considering design

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams

  • Analyze existing user data to understand how the current experiences are working and where there are opportunities for improvement


The Required Skills


  • 5+ years experience developing UX and interaction design in a production level environment

  • A portfolio containing current, working examples of your work for both mobile and web apps

  • Strong experience building wireframes and prototypes with Balsamiq, Marvel, Invision, Sketch, etc.

  • Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to wear multiple hats and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in written word to technical and non-technical people

  • Technically astute, following trending design patterns for different platforms

  • You are an optimist

  • You are passionate about making a difference in the world
