Have any of you had any experience in the Print on Demand space? design or dev?

I might have a client that is looking for some help building a Print on Demand portal. There are some cool tools out there like https://www.theprintful.com/. If you have any thoughts or advice please reach out.

My only experience is as a consumer. I used Artifact Uprising which is a local company, but their UI needs quite a bit of love. I hear the book building portion of there site is a third party tool so I suppose the buck stops with those peeps.
