Verbatim from a recruiter who reached out to me:
The position would be for a UX Designer/Strategist role. This would be someone that has been their own advocate for UX within an organization before. Someone who can look at their clunky product that services the Deloitte's of the world, they are a BIG player in their space but they have never had a UX dedicated professional so it needs to be someone that can go to bat for their ideas and get product teams on board.
