UX Strategist
3 month contract with possibility for full time thereafter

• Analytics over Design
• 60% analytics, 40% design
• Candidate needs to have the creative mindset (what could motivate our analytics to be different), but
• Looking for strong analytics (site enhancements, process enhancements on the backside [business rules/requirements and how they impact the engagement of our customers])
• Customer Base
• This candidate’s customer is internal (design/tech)
• No human factor labs. However, will respond to how customers are responding to our site (think usertesting.com).
• Not a directly customer-facing role
• Coding
• A plus (wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
• Soft Skills
• Self-starter, investigative, research-heavy, experienced in competitive analysis
• Business savvy – we’re looking for someone who can justify changing the way we current do business
• Reporting
• Will directly report to the Director of Online Marketing (CRM)
• Will indirectly work with customer engagement, design, and tech (15-20 different team members)
• Analytical Tools
• Not looking for a designer acting as an analyst, we’re looking for someone experience in analytical tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, Adobe, Tableau)
