The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is seeking Letters of Intent to study the comparative effectiveness of alternate features of healthcare systems — innovative information technologies, personnel deployments, incentives, service designs, etc.

Specifically, PCORI seeks studies that will provide information of value to patients, their caregivers, and their clinicians, as well as to healthcare leaders, regarding which systems features lead to better patient-centered outcomes.

Grant amounts of up to $1.5 million over three years will be awarded to qualified projects.

Letters of Intent are due by October 15.

Selected applicants will be invited to submit full applications, due on December 16.
