People Scheduling Themselves

I have a ministry (Greeter) that the same person serves in for the whole month that I want them to schedule themselves; I have figured out how to auto-schedule the rest of the ministries for a scheduled Sunday but not that one & then send that schedule to my greeters for them to schedule themselves; however, they have to click on each Sunday individually & volunteer to volunteer for the whole month; I set up the ministry to schedule monthly which I'm assuming it would do if I ran the auto-scheduler for the greeter ministry

  Is there any way to set up the greeter ministry so when a person volunteers for one Sunday in the month, it fills them in for the rest of the Sundays in the month?

Hi Wendy, 

Currently there is no way for a volunteer to sign them up for an entire month at a time in one click. Instead, they will need to sign up for each service within the month.

Thanks, Raina; that's what I've told them to do; probably best that way if they're not able to serve the whole month someone would be able to volunteer for the Sunday they're out; take care!!
