Commentator Dana Loesch reacted to liberals and the media criticizing the
Republicans' tax bill.
"This is the wrong tax cut at the wrong time," MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, a
former Republican Florida congressman, said.
House Democratic Caucus Chair Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.) called it a "classic
bait and switch."
NBC's Savannah Guthrie asked Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) if he was "living
in a fantasy world."
Loesch said Democrats and the media "wanted to increase and keep high
Americans' taxes for Christmas."
"They cannot lie to the American people when the American people see they
are keeping more of their money," she said.
Loesch added that, under U.S. Treasury policy, tax rates are legal
minimums.
She said objecting Democrats and media personalities can send as large a
check as they want to the Internal Revenue Service.
"They are free to pay more," she said.

A tax cut like the one JFK put through when I was a kid was a tax cut.
Bush43 sent everyone a $300 check. Ok, so that one was not exactly a great idea
but it was a tax cut of sorts.
What this thing is, is not a tax cut. One of the GOP congressmen stated,
“Well, someone has to win and someone has to lose.”
Lose? Why should anyone lose if it’s a tax cut? Now if it’s a scheme
to punish political enemies or to reward wealthy donors call it a “tax
realignment” but a tax cut? You cannot be
serious.
