Samwise, a ruby gem for accessing the SAM.gov API

Hi everyone--At the suggestion of Gray Brooks, I wanted to let the group know about Alan deLevie's most-recent creation: Samwise (https://github.com/18f/samwise). 

Samwise is a ruby gem that provides access to the SAM API, and gives the user a simple method to validate whether a company is registered in SAM (by DUNS number) and to access SAM data.
