Howdy folks,

There's an ever-growing number of teams building and running APIs across the federal government and one thing we've often heard is that it'd be good to come together every now and then to compare notes.

To that end, we're going to kick off something new, under the auspices of DigitalGov's communities of practice - a quarterly check-in.  Here's the details:
  • When - This Wednesday, April 25, 3pm-4:45pm at GSA headquarters in DC (remote option available)
  • Agenda - Meet, review some of the recently launched federal API programs, have a couple of short agency demos, discuss recent news, ask for and offer help, and - for those who are there in person and want to, afterwards grab a quick beer at a nearby bar.  More details here.
  • Who - Anyone with a federal .gov or .mil email address.  **
  • Where to registerHere!

If you or someone you know is working on APIs in the federal government, or is interested in learning more, come!

Gray B.

** We're keeping this to the gov scene for now, but if you've been hankering for more API collaboration in your life, come to the DC API meetup!  ;)
