Anyone using a dashboard app for TV viewing internally?

Anyone using something like Dashing or Atladsboard for dashboards on TVs. I use geckoboard.com and it’s nice but interested in custom display widgets as well.

I use dashing for a small home project that I have been working on. For me it was easier than rolling my own. But I am not a big fan of pretty much everything they used to build the ui/view. There are few things that feel very hackish.
