RETS experience?

Hi All,

I’m looking at trying to build a quick and dirty app to pull data from the MLSs in the Ca Bay Area.  Haven’t used RETS before and wonder if anyone has experience with it - and can tell me where the bears are hiding?  

This doesn’t have to be production code.  I just need to be able to get the data and then use it to clean up some resources we have in house…
