Local (SLC area) Rails dev shop recommendations

Hi all,

I'm looking for recommendations for Rails dev shops in the Salt Lake area for an upcoming IT/enterprise type application.

The app will be managing IT assets (network equipment, circuits, locations, carriers, diagrams, contacts, etc) and related properties (model  and serial numbers, circuit #'s, contact information), and likely some integration with other IT-management apps (configuration manager, network discovery and monitoring applications, etc).

Ideal would be a shop that has background in the IT/enterprise space, works in an agile/iterative process, solid on both UX/UI and back-end, and good sense for architecture that can be grown and morphed over time as needs change.
